Long Time No See
… or should I say hear? Last post was October? Shame on me. I tend to go crazy with internet stuff - constantly on and writing or keeping up, then get burned out and disappear for awhile.
Yeah… I’ve been MIA.
I went a little crazy end of December. Adding two classes to my already crazy schedule took its toll on me and I gave up all communication with friends and family and...

Can I just say … hilarious. Makes me Wanna have Fun.
Miscellaneous from Mobile
Tonight is my last night in Mobile. These last three days have gone by incredibly fast. I meant to drive across the bay to Daphne, AL on the eastern shore to see our old house, but ended up staying in the hotel to work in the evenings. I will just probably feel a bit sad to see it anyways. I loved that house, and really liked the area. It is always weird to see other people living there.
But...
Something Every Woman Should Be Able To Do
For the last month or so, one of the tires on our van has been slowly losing air. It needed to be reinflated once a week. Obviously, our construction-site-of-a-home has nicely contributed a nail to the aforementioned tire. I can’t take it somewhere to be fixed, because Chad can’t stand to pay someone to do something he can do himself. Just a mention of the shop sends him into...
Escape Artists
I should have heeded my brother-in-law’s words when he said that the goats we brought home from him and my sis were escape artists. Are they ever agile!
We got a good douse of rain not too long ago, so I ran out to the barn to shut some doors, when I heard a commotion in the chicken pen. I’d opened the door to let them in to get out of the rain, and they were in there making a...

Coversation between Josh and I
Josh: Man, mom. You and Dad are constantly working on the house. What are you and Dad going to do with your time when it's all done?
Me: We're going to live.
Survey says
I don’t know why, but I love filling out those MySpace surveys. I’ve even learned a few things about myself that I never really thought much about.
So here goes…
...
http://twitpic.com/6vb4 - Turkey on whole wheat and pasta salad.
http://twitpic.com/6u3z - Smelled something burning & found this in the dishwasher
http://twitpic.com/6sxq - Heard something strange in the chimney, opened the flue door in the basement to see and found these.
Keep the Tweets?
I’ve been tweeting MUCH more than blogging, and it seems to be over running my blog here. Of course a 140 char or less quick answer to “What are you doing?” is much less time consuming than a whole blog post, so obviously there will be more of those. But my posts, however far between they are, are basically getting lost.
So I’m considering removing my Twitter updates...
Vanilla coffee brewin. I think I’m almost caught up with work. I should be out of the hole by the weekend.
Just found out it will cost $2500 for our porch flooring alone. EEEEK!
Just realized our family has 6 doc/dentist appointments in the next couple of weeks, 5 different days. A sure sign that school is near.
http://twitpic.com/6g0m - Lazy Sunday at my parents.
http://twitpic.com/6cnn - The front porch is gone.
Just bought books for porch ideas and how-to’s. The thought of ripping off the existing porch makes me tired.
I joined in May. I saw on the boards that Tai said everyone would get their packages before the new wired is released.

Going back to the hospital to visit with Dad.
I just realized I’ve left coffee sitting in my coffee pot for three days now. Ew.
Good morning tweets. It’s a foggy day here. But I hear the birds and it sounds wonderful.
Noah may be home tonight! Can’t wait to have him home. I’m sure by the next day I’ll be ready for him to go on vacation again. LOL
Back from hosp for a bit. Dad is doing better - getting a defibulator tomorrow to kick start his heart if it starts to beat weird again.
Going back to the hospital soon. Listening to Revelation the whole way.
Getting ready to head back to the hospital. Dad did well through the night.
